Hi, I’m a writer, journalist, and professor in the Department of Strategic Communication at Texas Christian University. My work focuses on healthcare communication in advertising and social justice issues. In 2021, I founded Better Box, which is company that creates “happiness toolkits” designed to improve mental health through tangible evidence-informed products and practices. My goal is to create positive social change in our community through powerful brand storytelling, empathetic leadership, and education.
