HI , I am Alex, and have lost so many wonderful people in my life to suicide, that I know I must make a real difference.  I love that this nonprofit does not charge for services and really wants to promote collaboration and information sharing, breaking down silos and challenging exploitation.  That is so important and needed.  

I am honored to lead the podcast program.  From my background as a child actress to innovating cognitive techniques involving music and even our four-legged friends!
