Our Mental Armor workshops and webinars address real-life challenges faced by first responders, veterans, and community leaders. We host events such as our Budgeting Workshop at Empower House in San Antonio, providing practical financial empowerment strategies. By integrating peer support groups and organizing retreats, we create safe spaces for individuals to connect, reflect, and learn essential skills to build mental armor.
